Paige's First Season in Soccer

Paige participated in soccer for the first time. She

is three, almost four years old. I wanted to wait to have her try, but Jeremy wanted her to do it now. She did OK. She would cry and leave the game if someone took the ball or elbowed her or kicked her. She then would only play again if she could hold the coach's hand or finger while she played. As a parent, I was a little frustrated, but it was very cute to watch too. Paige's coach was so nice, fun, and patient. He was sweet with the little ones on the team that would take turns not wanting to play. Paige named the team Green Tiger Sharks (after Noah's team). The whole team loved the idea and agreed to it.
